We use the How To Hire A Private Money Coordinator to hire our Private Money Coordinator.
- This is a subset of the How To Create A Private Money Program. If you have not done the steps leading to this checklist, you should do those first.
- Place Classified Ad To Hire Private Money Coordinator.
- Since we usually request candidates call if they are serious, as candidates call make sure of the following:
- Confirm we have received their resume.
- Confirm they have read the How to Raise Millions in Private Money Over the Next 45 Days article by Richard Roop.
- Confirm they have read all the info about our Private Money Program and supporting documents on the Real Estate Investor Cookbook including:
- Private Money Program
- Private Money Coordinator
- Private Money Coordinator Independent Contractor Agreement
- New Private Money Coordinator Checklist
- Private Money Coordinator Daily Checklist
- Private Investor Information Packet
- Private Money Presentation
- Private Money Elevator Speech
- Raising Private Money
- Private Money Lenders
- Finding Private Lenders Checklist
- Marketing For Private Money
- Once we have confirmed the candidate has gone through the above materials and we have answered all their questions, we can decide if we want to bring them on as a Private Money Coordinator by asking them the following questions:
- How many hours are you planning to work as a Private Money Coordinator each week? Personally, I am looking for someone that is serious to devote full time.
- How do you see yourself finding Private Lenders? Walk me through what you see yourself doing each day to find Private Lenders and to raise private money.
- How much do you want to earn Raising Private Money for us? How much money will you need to raise to earn that amount? Have them do the math to verify they understand how they are paid.
- What is your time frame to start earning that type of money?
- What do you see your biggest challenge will be as a Private Money Coordinator?
- What do you see as your biggest strengths will be as a Private Money Coordinator for us?
- When would you be starting if we decided to move forward with having you help us a Private Money Coordinator?
- Do you have any other questions?
- If we decide to bring them on as an Independent Contractor Private Money Coordinator then we would get a signed Private Money Coordinator Independent Contractor Agreement from them and have them start with the New Private Money Coordinator Checklist.
