If you are using Direct Mail in your marketing, then having a great Mailing List Broker is essential to your success as a Real Estate Investor.
A Mailing List Broker will help you get your Mailing Lists of who you will send your Direct Mail to.
Some people will ultimately use their local Tax Assessor, Title Company or Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker as their Mailing List Provider since they can often get Mailing Lists from them as well, but some Mailing Lists will need to be purchased from a Mailing List Broker or even compiled yourself.
