[edit] Preferred Marketing To Buy Houses

Here is the preferred methods to find deals for our business:

  1. Post ad to buy on CraigsList using the CraigsList Buy Ad Checklist
    • This will not generate many calls, but keep it up daily anyway
    • Specific to James Orr - Make sure these ads are set up to run on WFHHQ platform for markets we are actively buying in. They are in the "We Buy Houses" group of ads on the WFHHQ system.
    • James will be adding Credibility Packet to Squeeze Page in a future update
    • James will be adding improved web form on Squeeze Page in a future update
    • James will be re-recording the recorded message for each market in a future update
  2. Check in with each Acquisition Manager to make sure they are scheduling and giving presentations
  3. Call Real Estate Agents with properties that are listed

From time to time when we are not finding enough deals via the methods above, James will also decide whether to do these as well:

  1. Free And Clear Postcards
  2. Absentee Owner Postcards
  3. Door To Door Marketing:
  4. Real Estate Wholesalers
